This is a challenging yet rewarding role where you can flourish within a team focussed on making a positive difference to our young people's lives.

We offer a high degree of differentiation and support within very small teaching groups. This allows all our young people to make good progress, often overcoming previous negative experiences of education.

Willingness to promote and support our ethos, values and aims.

Ability to work as part of a team.
