Building Control Officer

Salary: Grade 7, £34,520 - £38,833 per annum
This position is offered on a full time, 3 year fixed term basis: 35 hours, Monday to Friday 09.00 – 17.00.
The post holder will assume responsibility for the coordination of building warrant applications across the University Estate, in the context of a transformational capital investment programme for the University designed to encourage collaboration, cross-disciplinary research and other strategic goals. You will build a strategic partnership with Glasgow City Council DRS enabling warrant applications to be processed efficiently and in accordance with development programme requirements, by improving the quality and consistency of submissions.
