Salary: £73071 per annum

This is a rare opportunity to hold a key leadership role in the Senior Management Team in one of Scotland’s largest regional colleges. As a member of the College Senior Management Team, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy, driving effective strategic leadership in enabling the achievement of the college’s vision, ambitions and strategic priorities through the professional and proactive management of human resources.

You must be qualified to degree level or equivalent and Chartered MCIPD with strong, demonstrable personal and influencing skills. This role will require a driven and experienced senior level HR professional. You will be a strategic, creative thinker with a positive ‘can do’ attitude. You will be highly self-motivated, a true team player and inspirational role model to others.
