Bank Administration Staff

Varied hours per week subject to requirements

Salary: Grade 2 and Grade 3 (dependent on role)

£10.62 to £13.89 per hour (subject to pending job evaluation)

West Lothian College is looking to appoint individuals to join our Administration Staff Bank.

We are looking for individuals who are able to be flexible on a temporary ‘as and when’ basis to fill various administration posts across different departments at the college. In return, we offer competitive hourly rates, the flexibility of shifts and hours (during College opening hours), access to the Local Government Pension Scheme, variety of work and access to training opportunities. Roles will be based at the College campus in Livingston with options to work from home, when applicable and can be supported by operational requirements.

Areas of possible work include Information Systems and Digital Infrastructure, Business Development, Quality, Student Support and Learning Resources, Estates and Sustainability and HR.

We are looking for you to have previous experience of working in a busy office environment, excellent organisation, communication and administration skills ideally with previous experience working in an administrative role. You will need to be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages and be educated to SCQF Level 6 (Scottish Higher) or equivalent.
