Work Based Assessor - Spirits Operations

Hours and days are as required

 

Grade 4 Points 18 – 22 (£28,783 - £31,701 per annum pro rata, subject to pending Job Evaluation). This salary includes £2,500 Market Allowance, which is in place until the outcome of Job Evaluation is confirmed and then will be reviewed.

 

 

 

West Lothian College are looking to add to our Bank of outstanding Work Based Assessors within the workforce development faculty, who can work alongside organisations looking to upskill and reskill their workforce by undertaking Modern Apprenticeships and SVQs within the Spirits industry.

 

You will be educated to SCQF Level 8 and be assessor qualified or prepared to complete an assessor award within 6 months of starting. You will have a good understanding and previous experience within the Spirits Industry which includes knowledge of packaging and distilling in a manufacturing environment. You will be able to demonstrate good organisational skills to prioritise effectively and the ability to communicate at all levels in order to help others achieve. Working from home, you will have the advantage of being flexible in your working hours.

 

Candidates that have been selected for interview will be required to deliver a presentation and undertake a competency based interview.
