Our Workforce Development Centre requires a Modern Apprentice Clerical Assistant to provide efficient, high quality administrative support to the Workforce Development Centre team, focusing on providing administrative support.

 

You will possess a range of administrative, organisational and interpersonal skills. Experience of computer packages including Microsoft office is essential. You will be required to have an SCQF Level 5 qualification in ICT, English and Numeracy. As part of your modern apprenticeship you will complete your Modern Apprenticeship in Business Administration.

 

In line with COVID guidance the post may be required to be undertaken working remotely or on a hybrid basis with some hours worked on site and some from home.

 

Those shortlisted may be required to undertake a work-related assessed task as part of the selection process.
