Reporting to the Head of Education, you will have leadership experience and a desire to work with children and young people in a creative and supportive way.

You should be highly motivated and have a genuine interest in developing the education young people with complex needs and challenging behaviours receive. You should have experience in achieving high quality teaching, collaborative working with fellow staff and learners as to maximise achievement and deliver continuous improvement within the school.

5. Give examples of how you have demonstrated your ability to contribute to the development, promotion and implementation of the school’s arrangements for Quality Assurance and School Improvement.

6. Give examples of how you have demonstrated your ability to lead, manage and give strategic direction to teams of staff.
