ABOUT THE JOB
The Consultant role within Leadership and Talent will lead on the design, development, and delivery of a range of leadership and talent projects which support enhancing our learning and development provision across the organisation. These projects will align to current and future departmental and organisational priorities, underpin our organisational values, and enable organisational culture change within Policing 2026.
ABOUT YOU
You will be educated to at least HND level in a discipline such as HRM, OD, organisational change, learning and development, or adult learning; or have substantial relevant experience at an operational level.
Experience in the design and delivery of leadership and talent development initiatives at an organisational and operational level is essential.
Ability to build positive relationships, collaborate, and work effectively with business areas, partners, and stakeholders.
These full time posts are permanent and require Standard Recruitment Vetting. You will work 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.The following competencies at level 2 will be used for the selection process:
