ABOUT THE JOB
To lead and manage the delivery of high quality national leadership, management and talent approaches for Police Scotland and the SPA, that align to organisational and People Strategies, particularly in support of behavioural and cultural changes required.
The post holder will be responsible for a portfolio of leadership development and talent management work streams, programmes and resources.
This post manages a team of leadership and talent specialists, and collaborates with a range of internal and external partners and stakeholders.
ABOUT YOU
You will be educated to degree level/equivalent in a discipline such as HRM, OD, organisational change, learning and development, or adult learning or substantial relevant experience at a senior level.
Have significant experience of leading the design, development and implementation of leadership and talent strategies and products in a complex change environment.
Experience of working at a corporate level to deliver strategic and operational leadership and talent interventions.
An exemplar people manager that models compassionate, supportive leadership with a focus on empowering others to achieve outcomes and high performance at both individual and team level.
These full time posts is permanent and requires Standard Recruitment Vetting. You will work 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
