ABOUT THE JOB
Provide training and delivery support within the Leadership and Talent function for all programmes and the roll out of My Career.
To travel when required to support the roll out of leadership and talent development and My Career to all Divisions and Departments in Police Scotland.
ABOUT YOU
You will be educated to at least HND level in a discipline such as Human Resource Management, Organisational Development, Change Management, Learning and Development, or Adult Learning or relevant experience working within an OD/HR Environment. Experience in the design and delivery of training and experience of working with middle and senior manager Levels.
Ability to adapt and assimilate quickly within differing business area.
Ability to develop innovative solutions to operational and organisational issues.
Ability to take responsibility for own work programme and delivery requirements.
This full time post is temporary until 18th December 2022 and requires Standard Recruitment Vetting. You will work 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
