ABOUT THE JOB

The purpose of this role is lead on the development, implementation and co-ordination of effective Portfolio Delivery to ensure compliance across the Portfolio to the embedded processes.

To support delivery of the short, medium and long term change portfolio delivery plan.

To develop, implement and embed standard practices and strategic oversight across the portfolio in relation to all areas of project management.

Provide Executive level management information to enable Senior Management decision making regarding the delivery of programmes and projects to the fulfilment of the Forces’ strategic objectives.

Actively demonstrate and encourage an environment of Continuous Improvement.

ABOUT YOU

You will have a PMO qualification e.g. P30, PRINCE2.

You will be educated to degree level of equivalent or where no formal qualifications exist, proven relevant extended experience within a PMO/Change environment.

You will be knowledgeable and experienced in Change Management methodologies.

You will also have exemplary communication skills with ability to communicate and interact at all levels of the Organisation.

This full time post is permanent and is subject to standard recruitment vetting checks.

You will work 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.

Please note, this role is flexible and can be worked out of either our Dalmarnock or Tulliallan offices. This role also offers a hybrid approach.
