ABOUT THE JOB

The successful post holders will provide support to all members of the public and officers within the area as well as managing administrative functions within the station to ensure effective and efficient delivery of service to the community.

ABOUT YOU

You will be educated to SQA Standard level (or equivalent) OR where no formal qualifications exist, you will have proven experience within a clerical or administrative environment.

You will possess good interpersonal/communication skills; a methodical approach; the ability to maintain accurate information; be capable of collating, examining and conveying information; and be able to demonstrate good organisational and problem solving skills.

You will have knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office, in particular Word.

This part-time post is permanent and requires Standard Recruitment Vetting. You will work 17.5 hours per week in a 9-week shift pattern.
