ABOUT THE JOB
As a senior manager within the Estates Facilities Management (FM) Team, the purpose of this pivotal strategic role is to ensure that the FM strategy and associated change and service delivery activities are delivered through effective collaboration and supply chain partnership, with the purpose of improving the quality, condition and compliance of our built estate and property related assets for the improvement of Police Officer and staff wellbeing.
ABOUT YOU
You will be qualified to Degree level or equivalent and/or professionally qualified in relevant discipline with the ability to demonstrate relevant experience OR In the absence of formal professional qualifications, relevant and extensive work experience is required in order to support familiarisation and on the job training for the role.
You will have extensive facilities management and construction related NEC3/4 experience, within a highly complex organisation of similar size, scope and geographical spread.
You will demonstrate significant knowledge and delivery of Estates and FM services, including legislative requirements and have a significant and successful track record of leading large scale projects.
You will be a member of a relevant professional body and be committed to CPD.
You will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of current developments within the FM and estates sector.
This full time post is permanent and will require Standard Recruitment Vetting. You will work 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 0900 – 1700.
