As a Senior Business Change Analyst, you will manage and coach a team of Business Change Analysts, who provide comprehensive business analysis and business change support to a range of business projects, as per the Police Scotland 2026 Strategy.
Extensive experience of the end-to-end project lifecycle in large complex organisations and an understanding of the associated application of change management approaches, is vital for this post holder.
Coach business change analysts on a wide range of skills including: requirements definition, process mapping, gap analysis and workshop facilitation etc. to develop a team recognised across the organisation for expertise and excellence in their field.
Support and encourage an environment of continuous improvement within the team and through the project work/products delivered; provide quality assurance to the products delivered to the project, ensuring project timescales are met.
Flexibility will be essential in this role, as there may be a requirement to conduct some of the more complex business analysis, whilst developing advanced skills within the team. The ability to establish and maintain good working relationships within the Change Team and across the organisation with key stakeholders will be pivotal
This full time post is temporary until December 2022 and is subject to standard vetting checks.
You will work 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. This role will be based at Dalmarnock Change staff are primarily working from home at this time, however this will change with options around a mix of home and office working in the future.
A Driving Licence would be desirable for this role.
