ABOUT THE JOB
To assist the Legal Services Manager in the effective delivery of a comprehensive range of legal services to the Force as a whole, in particular legal work associated with litigation and advice.
ABOUT YOU
You will have a current unrestricted Practicing Certificate from the Law Society of Scotland.
You will be educated to LLB Degree (Bachelor of Laws) or equivalent.
You will have effective Court skills and negotiating and advocacy skills.
You will have proven achievements in specific areas of Court work, demonstrating relevant experience of Litigation and Advice legal work.
This full time post is temporary for up to 18 months and will require Standard Recruitment Vetting. You will work 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 0900 – 1700.
