ABOUT THE JOB
Contribute and support the design and implementation of a strategic engagement and collaboration framework that improves public confidence through the achievement of future focused, sustainable solutions that meet the needs of key stakeholders.
Engage with external partners, academia and internal clients to successfully embed a culture of engagement and collaboration.
Provide a professional, trusted and proactive service that delivers and embeds engagement and collaboration by providing specialist services, expert advice, guidance and support to drive a sustainable policing framework that is fit for future.
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level OR equivalent in a relevant area with demonstrable experience in a similar environment including leadership of staff.
They will have project management experience and a good understanding and experience of stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
They will have the ability to oversee the overarching design of the organisation and to ensure strategic alignment.
They will also have the ability to make sound decisions based on business and strategic needs, as well as the ability to promote and support responsible organisational risk taking.
This full time post is Temporary and requires Management Vetting. You will work 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 09:00 – 17:00. The location for this post is flexible.
Please note, a driving licence is required for this role.
