Can be based in Dunoon or Rothesay Fixed term for 1 year

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, and enthusiastic individual to join ACHA’s Bute and Cowal Team. We are a friendly, forward thinking organisation, where innovation, flexibility and positivity are encouraged.

The primary aim of this post is to ensure that the Association provides high quality housing and estate management services to its tenants and other customers. To achieve this, excellent performance management skills are required.

The successful applicant needs to have a minimum of three higher grades or equivalent and either hold or be prepared to achieve the Chartered Institute of Housing Level 4 Diploma in Housing, or equivalent.

A minimum of 5 years’ experience of working in a social housing environment or similar along with Membership of the Chartered Institute of Housing is desirable.


As the post may involve travelling between various locations within Argyll & Bute, a full valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use is essential.
