Temporary Resident Liaison West Argyll (Kintyre, Mid Argyll, Lorn or Isles) £21,446.00 - £25,231.00 per annum Fixed term to 13^th March 2022

35 hours per week Mon - Fri 9am-5pm

We have a great opportunity for the right person to join our Property Services team within ACHA. We are friendly, forward thinking organisation where innovation, flexibility and positivity are encouraged.

This post requires someone who has strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive and effective relationships with customers, owners within our shared ownership blocks and other key people in our local communities.

The post holder must be committed to ACHA’s values and achieve high levels of customer participation and customer satisfaction in the delivery of our services.

The Resident Liaison will work collaboratively with others within the Property Services team and wider organisation to help deliver a customer focused service which includes reactive maintenance, planned and cyclical maintenance and investment works, maximising customer involvement and satisfaction.

· Basic Disclosure Scotland check

· Full UK Driving Licence

· Access to a vehicle insured for business use
