West Argyll (Oban, Inveraray, Lochgilphead, Campbeltown)

Salaries - Builders & Joiners: £22,980 to £27,033; Non-Gas Plumbers: £27,758; Gas Engineers: £27,758 - £32,657; Electricians: £32,136 - £35,916

Mon – Fri 8.30– 16:30 37.5 hours per week

Argyll Homes for All is seeking to recruit Full-time Operatives to work in the West Argyll area.

The work is primarily in void property’s, carrying out basic repairs throughout the property. As part of a team of 3 trades operatives you are tasked to ensure the property meets the clients letting standard and is fit to re-let.

Whilst you will have a principle trade you will be expected to carryout out regular minor repairs across all trades and email in routine reports as to the condition of each property.

Be prepared to “muck-in” and work as a team.

Good salary plus additional on call premium and call out payments, overtime, and excellent package including holidays, sick pay, insurance and other benefits.

· Full UK Driving Licence

· Formal construction qualifications
