Post: Property Services Assistant Location Mid Argyll/Lorn/Kintyre

Salary £21,982 - £25,862 Hours – 35hrs

Temporary 12 Months Work Pattern weekly

We are seeking to recruit a member of staff to join our Property Services team based in the West Argyll. The successful applicant must hold a minimum of 3 standard grades (or equivalent), and have excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing to a variety of audiences.

You must be self-motivated, highly organised and able to take instruction as well as manage own workload efficiently. The ability of using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel at an intermediate level or above is essential. The role is orientated around the provision of administration support to the property team as well as monitoring areas of team performance and providing update reports. Knowledge of property maintenance, contracting and procurement would be desirable,
