The role of Assistant Head of Business is an exciting opportunity to lead on the development of Barnardo's fostering and adoption services across Scotland. As part of a UK Senior Management Team you will ensure regulatory compliance and the provision of quality services to foster carers, adopters and their children. Work with stakeholders identifying their requirements and providing the most appropriate solutions.

This post is Scotland wide; our fostering and adoption offices are in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen and you will be able to work from the location of your choosing, however, you may be required to travel to and work at any place where work has to be performed on behalf of Barnardo's in line with your contract and grade. You will be allocated a base location nearest to your home address, for the purposes of expenses and Line Management.
