We are currently looking to recruit Project Workers that are enthusiastic and committed to achieving the best outcomes for children and their families both at home and within education. Each Worker will be based within a primary school setting and provide direct support to children and their families.

The successful candidates will have excellent communication skills and the ability to form consistent, positive and appropriate relationships within the classroom and home environments.
Northern Star embraces KCA Five to Thrive approach to promote secure attachment and resilience. A knowledge child development and attachment theory is essential.

You will be expected to work flexibly, including evening and weekends when required and over the school holidays to offer consistency and support.
