A vacancy has arisen for a skilled and experienced Project Worker 3, with accredited psychotherapeutic qualification and registration to a relevant body, who can demonstrate a commitment to providing high quality psychotherapeutic services to vulnerable young people and women

You will have a lead role within our Hear and Now Trauma/Bereavement Service based within HMP/YOI Polmont, and for other developments as required

As such you will bring a range of experience including having delivered innovative Trauma/Bereavement focused interventions in 1:1/Group settings

You will work flexibly and creatively, alongside Here and Now colleagues and in partnership with the SPS and other agencies to develop and deliver a service that reflects the needs of young people and women in custody.

Services

Here and Now offers a range of services including-

Assessment/Outcomes- Providing standardised assessments with demonstrable outcome measures.

Here and Now Link- provides short-term intervention for those on remand, or with limited time until liberation. ‘Link' attends to short term management of identified need with onward referral to community based services.

Here and Now 1- Offers Psycho-Educational intervention for up to 12 weeks.

Here and Now Plus- Offers a Psychotherapeutic intervention for up to 30 weeks.

Candidates will have an accredited Psychotherapeutic qualification and be registered with a professional body
