Barnardo's Caern Project deliver a variety of quality services for young people with learning disabilities and/or autism. 

You will support young people with learning disabilities and/or autism and their families/carers to achieve positive outcomes.

Working primarily in the residential setting you will promote the happiness, safety and welfare of the young people during short breaks.

Ideally you will have experience working with young people and the required qualifications for full registration as a residential child care worker with the SSSC or willingness to work towards them. 

The full-time posts are 37 hours a week, part time will also be considered. Shifts will be allocated on a rota.

It is anticipated that Residential Project Workers Days will work these hours over five days each week including weekends, early mornings and evenings.
