This is a brand-new role following the opening of our Glasgow East care service in Autumn 2020 and we couldn’t think of a more exciting time to join the organisation!
Our vision is to help people live their lives to the full and our Glasgow East service are at the forefront of delivering innovative and person-centred care and support services to our customers living with physical disabilities and lifelong conditions in line with their personal support plans.
Comprising a development of 24-homes, the recently launched service incorporates our Blackwood House design which provides innovative home automation through our digital support system CleverCogs. Who are we looking for?
A driven and inspiring people manager who can lead their team to deliver professional, personalised and outcome focused care to customers. Ideally a holder of an SVQ4 (desirable) and having experience within a Care at Home/Housing Support service, the successful candidate will be confident in effectively managing shifts and rotas for their team through strong IT skills and a keen interest in using technology to deliver care services. This also includes having flexibility to work on a rota basis yourself, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
