Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday – Friday)

Salary: Starting salary £25,445 per annum (plus £990 p/a essential car user allowance)

We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to provide leadership and support to staff delivering a range of housing support and care at home services, primarily based at 5 housing developments in the Dundee and Perth and Kinross areas and to ensure housing support we provide elsewhere continues to meet and exceed national standards.

The candidate should bring their knowledge, ideas and enthusiasm to help our staff deliver the best outcomes for our tenants and service users. You will also work closely with internal and external partners to ensure the highest standards of accommodation, support and range of facilities are available.

We will require you to register with the Scottish Social Services Council as a joint Manager of Housing Support Services and Housing with Care therefore you will be qualified to a minimum level of SVQ 4 in Care or Social Services and Healthcare along with a management qualification (or working towards this) and have experience in a care or support service at supervisory level. An excellent communicator, you will be well organised and have the ability to prioritise whilst working as part of a busy team.
