Following a recent review and remodelling of our housing and services to older people we are looking for a dynamic Team Leader to provide support and management for our older persons housing services.
Reporting to the Head of Support Services, this post line manages a team of Scheme Managers and a Volunteer Co-ordinator, together delivering a high quality, responsive support service within our older persons service in Perth and Kinross, Dundee, Angus and Fife areas.
To make an immediate impact, the successful candidate will have significant experience in a housing and property management environment as well as managing and leading a team of staff. You will be educated to SCQF level 8 (HND/SVQ4 equivalent) and ideally hold a relevant professional qualification and have a proven understanding of related regulatory and legislative operating environment.
Excellent communication skills are essential for this post, as is the ability to manage and motivate a team of professionals to achieve targets, service improvements and deliver the highest quality customer care.
In addition you will have excellent IT skills, be highly organised, and have experience of managing and maintaining budgets, along with report writing and analytical skills. You should have access to your own car to undertake the travel requirements of the post.
