Administration Officer
We require a computer literate Administration Officer to assist with our busy administration and valuation teams.
Administration Officers will support the Assessor and Electoral Registration Officer with the production and maintenance of the Valuation Roll, List and Electoral Registers.
You will also be required to assist with our long term project, the digitisation of our office records from paper to electronic. This will include the organisation and preparation of existing paper records, scanning and indexing.
You should possess at least four standard grades, which must include English & Maths. Applicants should exhibit attention to detail and be able to ensure accuracy in work produced.
