Executive Assistant - Permanent Job Share (35 hours over 2 weeks) 

Central Scotland Valuation Joint Board covers the Clackmannanshire, Falkirk and Stirling Council areas. The Assessor for the Valuation Joint Board is responsible for compiling and maintaining the Valuation Roll for Non-Domestic Rates and the Valuation List for Council Tax. The Assessor is also the Electoral Registration Officer for three Councils (Falkirk, Stirling and Clackmannanshire) and in that capacity is responsible for maintaining the Register of Electors and Absent Vote Lists. The Board employees approximately 45 people and our office is at Hillside House, Laurelhill Business Park, Stirling.

We are currently looking to recruit an Executive Assistant on a job share basis (17.5 hours per week). If successful you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery and management of an effective and comprehensive corporate administration service and supporting our management team.

The job share arrangement is 35 hours over 2 weeks on the following schedule;  

·        Week 1 pattern - Monday / Tuesday (14 hours)

·        Week 2 pattern - Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday (21 hours)
