Family Outreach Worker

Part-time (18 hours)

(with possibility of full-time by linking to 18-hour Mentor Co-ordinator Post)

£25,112 - £29,106 pro rata

Post currently funded to 31 August 2023

(with possible extension)

Funded by The City of Edinburgh Council, The Haven Project supports children in the Early Years and Primary ages and their families in the North Edinburgh area.

As part of Circle’s Haven Project, the postholder will provide support to children and families in their local community. Support will include the provision of one-to-one support for children, holistic family support and group work with the aim of building resilience, parenting capacity and positive relationships.

Applicants should have experience working with children and families, and possess a professional qualification in social work, social care, health or education.
