WE ARE LOOKING FOR TWO influential leaders to fill our Head of Operations roles. Capable of operating at the highest level, you must be outgoing, enthusiastic and able to deliver solid results in all business areas. Reporting to an Operations Director, your focus will be operational leadership, which your significant experience in a sport & leisure or customer service arena can easily demonstrate. Strong partnership working skills and a successful project management track record are also key as is the ability to maintain and develop a high-quality customer experience. These are complex and demanding roles, playing a significant part in the development of Edinburgh Leisure and its operations.

Head of Operations (Schools)

Responsible for the management and delivery of our Community Access to Schools operations, building relationships with School management teams, Council officers, clubs and community representatives.

Head of Operations (Venues)

Responsible for the management and delivery of our indoor leisure facilities, leading, managing and developing a team of facility managers to deliver operational standards across our estate.
