Falkirk Community Trust wish to recruit a new Volunteer Coordinator who will lead the delivery of a robust and sustainable volunteer program across the Trust.
The Volunteer Co-ordinator will be responsible for developing and delivering a Volunteer Strategy, increasing the levels of volunteering across the Trust and ensuring that the Trust is meeting its aims and objectives with regard to volunteer engagement.
Interested? You will have knowledge and experience in volunteer engagement, co-ordination and strategic evaluation and development. You will be a great communicator with good ICT and interpersonal skills, such as influencing, negotiation and listening skills. You will use your initiative and will be able to plan, set and work to targets. You will be flexible and will be expected to work across the Trust area.
This post is permanent with a salary of £25,967 – £29,169 pa. and a pay award pending in April 2020.
The successful applicant will be employed by Falkirk Community Trust. The Trust is a charitable company set up by Falkirk Council to deliver culture, library, recreation and sport services on its behalf from 1st July 2011.
