Chief Executive Officer

up to £45000 depending on experience and qualifications

+ 7% pension contribution

As Forth Valley Advocacy’s first Chief Executive Officer you will join us at an exciting time in our development as we start delivering the new contract for Independent Advocacy services in the Forth Valley area, initially until October 2023 with the possibility of extension to October 2025. Reporting to the Board you will lead an energetic and enthusiastic team of Advocacy Workers and support the Board to develop and implement their new 4 year strategic plan. Part of your role will be to identify and develop opportunities for delivering new projects, extending Forth Valley Advocacy’s reach, and developing a sustainable future for the organisation. You will play a key role in building effective partnerships, growing our services and ensuring that we continue to deliver the highest quality advocacy services.

You will bring enthusiasm and leadership skills to the organisation during this exciting period of growth.

At present our office base is in Larbert but hybrid working arrangements are currently in place and a key priority will be to identify new locations from which our services can be delivered across the Forth Valley area.
