The Customer Contact Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring a high standard and consistent customer service is experienced throughout the organisation, working collaboratively with other managers and employees to achieve this.

Responsibilities fall into three main areas: create, implement and manage organisation-wide customer contact protocols; co-ordinate our business-as-usual (BAU) bulk communications process; create and analyse data to inform process and protocol improvements.

 The Customer Contact Coordinator will carry out and balance a wide range of duties including managing and monitoring the operation of all central organisational contact points e.g. phone system and voicemail (Horizon), digital contact form (MS Dynamics), GTC Scotland inbox, meetings with external visitors etc.
