Scales 4/5 £28,783.95 - £37,021.40 + Essential Car User Allowance

The Grampian Assessor & Electoral Registration Officer offers professional employment opportunities, with employees benefiting from a rewarding workload of diverse and varied subject types in both the domestic and non-domestic sectors and with a valuable pension scheme, support of ongoing professional development, flexible working hours and 34 days annual leave (including public holidays) rising to 38 days after 5 years’ service.

Applicants should be Chartered Surveyors (F/MRICS), computer literate and have excellent communication and team working skills together with an enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible approach to work. The successful applicant will be expected to travel efficiently and effectively between various work locations to meet the operational requirements of the Service. Due to the rural nature of Grampian this is normally undertaken by use of a car.
