Requirements

An exciting opportunity has arisen with the Improvement Service for a Service Designer in our Digital Public Services Team. The role of Service Designer is a key role, working across the DPS portfolio to improve the end-to-end customer journeys, as well as work with the Product & Product Manager on brand new portfolio projects, leading the design of complex products and services for the Scottish public sector.

Location: 

iHub, Quarrywood Court, Livingston, EH54 6AX.  All employees are currently working from home due to Covid-19. Longer term, it is anticipated that the role will involve a blended model of office and home working. This flexible approach will be agreed between employee and line manager.

Hours: 36 hours per week
