An exciting opportunity has arisen with the Improvement Service for a Service Designer in our Digital Public Services Team. The role of Service Designer is a key role, working across the DPS portfolio to improve the end-to-end customer journeys, as well as work with the Product & Product Manager on brand new portfolio projects, leading the design of complex products and services for the Scottish public sector.
