About You

The Role

As one of our Area Managers you will and lead and manage a team of Coordinators in the delivery of a range of support and care services across a number of geographic locations. You will be the Registered Manager for a number of services and responsible for ensuring the support provided is of high quality and meets National Standards. You will be part of the Senior Management Team and therefore be able to operate at a senior level, providing accurate and timely performance information, managing budgets and staffing resources and demonstrating excellent decision making and problem solving skills, with firm ethics. You will also be required to contribute to the development of the organisations strategic plans and their subsequent implementation.

You must be able to be flexible in your approach to work outside normal business working hours and participate in on call as necessary.

There is an attractive salary and benefits package with 37 days annual leave per year (pro rata for part time employees) and an additional 2 days leave after 5 and 10 years services respectively.

A current driving license and the use of a car for work purposes are essential.

The posts are subject to a PVG Disclosure check and the cost of membership is borne by you. You will be required to register and maintain registration with SSSC also at your own cost. The post holder will be the Registered Manager with the Care Inspectorate.
