development officer (2 NEW POSTS)

SALARY POINT 28-31 (£28,069 - £31,122)

Kingdom Housing Association provides housing and support throughout East Central Scotland.

Through working closely with our partners, we plan to deliver at least 400 new build properties each year, developing new housing for Social Rent and Mid Market Rent, as well as developing other tenures, commercial properties and taking forward new initiatives.

You will work within our experienced Development Team, which is based in Cowdenbeath, Fife and you will report to the Development Manager.

You will need project management experience in a related discipline, have good communication, organisational and time management skills, hold a relevant qualification and be able to work with minimal supervision. A current full UK driving licence and use of a car for work purposes is essential for this post. You will be required to complete a Standard Disclosure Scotland check.

In return for the above we will offer an attractive salary and benefits package including a contributory pension scheme and generous annual leave entitlement.

Whilst we are looking for Development Officers, if you can demonstrate an appropriate level of experience and competence in a development role, we may consider offering candidates a role at senior officer level (currently £32,063 - £36,639).

More information on the posts and the organisation is available from our website, where you can also download an application pack. Alternatively you can contact us to request an application pack to be sent or emailed to you.
