About the Job
This post will involve visiting customers in their homes and may also involve some evening work therefore a current full driving licence and use of car for work purposes is essential for this post. The post will require you to provide money and welfare advice that will assist with them maximise their income and help them reach affordable and sustainable repayment agreements for any outstanding debt that they owe to the Association.
About You
Are you experienced at offering support and money advice to customers
If you have this experience and are looking for a new challenge then we would love to hear from you.
You should have at least two years experience of supporting customers with debt problems and budgeting. You should also have a good working knowledge of Welfare Benefits and be able to convey relevant advice to customers. As this post will involve negotiating with customers who are in debt to the Association to make affordable repayment arrangements, it is important that you have excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should also have a sound knowledge of and be comfortable using IT programmes to support communication and information management
