Job Title: Legal Adviser (Property)
Salary: £28,770-£34,633

We are looking for a qualified Legal Adviser to join our small Governance and Legal Team;

You will be responsible for the delivery an efficient and effective legal service providing pragmatic advice on a wide range of matters. You will work closely with all other National Park functions therefore excellent interpersonal skills are essential.

As a qualified solicitor, you will have a proven track record in providing legal advice on a wide variety of issues with specialist experience in property law. You will have existing experience of advising on planning matters, or an interest in developing further knowledge of planning law. Workload will include advising on land ownership, commercial leases and licensing, access rights and planning agreements.

With excellent communication and interpersonal skills you will understand how to approach, advise and influence stakeholders at all levels, while being proactive and creative when driving quality improvement and best practice.
