Job Title: Visitor Operations Support Assistant (fixed term until end of October 2017)
Salary: £16,150 - £20,631

We have an exciting opportunity for a Visitor Operations Support Assistant to join our team. You will efficiently co-ordinate, maintain and operate National Park Authority business critical processes and systems such as our camping booking system and enquiries, provide accurate advice to both internal and external customers in relation to these systems, and contribute to the continuous effective operation of all areas of the organisation.

With proven experience of working in a customer focused environment with a strong emphasis on customer service, you will understand the demands of working in a busy telephone environment and possess experience in relation to inbound and outbound call handling. A strong interest in the National Park with good geographical knowledge would be advantageous along with the ability to work under pressure and possess a methodical and organised approach to work, both individually and as part of a team
