We have an exciting opportunity for Systems Analyst to be an integral part of the project team in specifying, designing and implementing our new information management and casework system.

We are looking to implement a transformational system that will allow the Commission’s teams to use their time and expertise more effectively, supporting appropriate and lawful decision-making related to mental health and incapacity legislation in Scotland. The Systems Analyst will need to develop a working knowledge of current and future legislation as it relates to our information management and casework system. A major focus of this post is to understand the current database and how we can migrate the data into our new system.

You will have substantial experience as a systems analyst or database administrator. You will be educated to graduate level or equivalent experience, have substantial computer programming and configuring workflow experience. You will have substantial experience as a systems analyst or database administrator.

Due to project timescales, we are seeking an early start date. The post is fixed term for 12 months with possibility of extension or secondment options considered.
