The core purpose of the Digital & Security organisation is the provision of world class Digital and Security expertise, solutions and services to our customers, which include NSS, NHS Boards, Scottish Government and the wider Public Sector in Scotland.

A critical role in ensuring integrated Business Technology strategy and delivery of suitable and effective solutions and services is the Digital Business Partner (DBP) position. This role provides the trusted technology advisor to the customer to ensure that technology delivery and service aligns to the business strategy and operational requirements.

As a DBP you will be responsible for developing and delivering digital strategy and roadmap for your customer. You will be ensuring that overall Technology architecture / solutions support current and future business plans. You will support the transition of demand into solutions that add value for money in line with customer priorities. In addition, you will provide the conduit from Digital and Security on all aspects of operations relevant to the customer ensuring the operational reporting and relevant information is used to further drive improvements in the provision of solutions and services.

You will be a key player in the development of the Digital Office function and in partnership with the wider Business Partner team ensuring a consistent and professional approach. You will liaise and partner across Clinical, Transformation, Cloud Operations and Information Security areas in ensuring cross functional approaches are designed and delivered to the customer in line with Digital and Security technology roadmaps.
