The Post:

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Human Resources function for a People Insight & Systems Delivery Manager to join our team, specifically focusing on the delivery of people data and insight through developing relationships and engagement with stakeholders across HR, NSS, National Boards and Shared Service customers. Understanding of the integration of the People System with other Systems across the organisation to deliver insight to meet customers’ needs with clear communication and management of Service Level Agreements.

Managing our current workforce systems along with implementation of new technology, upgrades to current systems acting as a project lead in projects that deliver change to the people systems and insight applications by leading the transformation through to business as usual ensuring no interruption of service to customers.

The Candidate:

You will provide leadership, support and guidance on data management matters to both internal and external customers. Lead projects involving data modernisation to support the delivery of HR’s business plan and strategy within a fast paced customer focused environment.

The post requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills including persuasive, influencing and motivational, strong organisational skills and the ability to produce written work of the highest quality.

You will identify innovative solutions to systems and process challenges, ensuring these are customer centred, evidence value add and impacting.

The role will also require experience in the implementation and programme management of business systems (workforce) along with the provision of expert advice.

You will work within a high-volume area and the ability to manage and plan your own and the team’s workload, attention to detail, and commitment to quality continuous improvement and customer focus are key for this role.

You will be educated to degree level with a relevant post grad qualification or equivalent relevant experience.

Location and working pattern:

Gyle Square or Meridian Court, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
