Partnership & Income Manager NLL 12/18
Nominal Salary - £24,638 - £34,000
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Operations Team in a newly created post responsible for Golf and all associated partnerships within the golf establishments in North Lanarkshire Leisure.
You will unite all relevant stakeholders and partners in golf to deliver one coherent sports specific pathway with particular emphasis on building the capacity of participation and developing growth.
Reporting to the Operations & Service Improvement Manager you will be responsible for the management and development of all franchises and associated businesses at both NLL golf courses to continuously review and develop standard operating procedures for each area to ensure maximum customer satisfaction whilst maximising revenue and profitability.
A recognised PGA qualification or equivalent is essential for this post. You will have a sound knowledge of the rules of golf and handicapping system. Proven leadership, management and communications skills and extensive experience within the golf environment are also essential for this post.
Pattern of hours: You will be required to work these hours flexibly over 7 days
