Senior Payroll Technician NLL 11/18

Nominal Salary £24,638 to £34,000

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to join a small well established team based in Broadwood HQ, Cumbernauld.

Providing essential support to the Payroll, Pensions and Reward Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient operation and cyclical processes of the full range of activities across payroll, pensions and reward within the organisation. You will liaise with managers at all levels providing appropriate guidance, advice and training and communicating relevant payroll/legislative changes. In addition to the day to day processes, your challenge will be to assist in the provision of a proactive service and contribute to the development and enhancement of systems, processes and procedures.

Educated to HNC level or equivalent, you will have significant experience of the maintenance and development of a payroll system, processing and reconciling payroll from start to finish, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. You will have a proven track record in a similar role with excellent knowledge and understanding of HM Revenue & Customs regulations and compliance and Auto Enrolment/Pensions. Creative and innovative, you will have sound numerical and analytical skills and preferably, a recognised payroll qualification.

Pattern of hours: You will be required to work these hours flexibly over 7 days
