Following the development of the Health, Safety and Estates section, an exciting opportunity has been created to help maintain and drive the standards of customer excellence up and energy and water consumption down.

Reporting to the Head of Health, Safety and Estates, you will assist in ensuring that appropriate standards, policies and procedures are adhered to as well as maintaining customer excellence and energy management to ensure the highest standards are met to benefit everyone who works or visits NLL’s venues. You will develop Service Improvement Plans (SIP) and Energy Management Plans (EMP) across all of NLL’s estate.

You will have relevant experience working within a Service Improvement and/or Energy Management environment and will demonstrate the ability to carry out regular quality and/or energy management audits, customer surveys as well as developing new policies and procedures. Excellent communication skills and experience of using IT packages, such as Microsoft Office, are essential for this post.

Pattern of hours: You will be required to work 35 hours flexibly over 7 days.
