Job Description
We are seeking a Chief Executive Officer with exceptional business and people skills to positively lead our team of volunteer and paid staff and to work with the Board to develop and deliver our strategic plan.
This is an exciting role that will appeal to candidates who are motivated by enabling the team to meet the many challenges of the current context. The successful candidate will have sound financial and risk management skills, the ability to organise and manage robust systems to meet performance requirements and the drive and skills to increase the visibility and reputation of the CAB and to attract new and sustainable forms of income.
You will bring a successful track record as a Chief Executive, Director or Senior Manager in a relevant and comparable organisation. A vision for the future of advice services, a passion for social justice and the ability to deliver quality services in a volunteer based, third sector organisation with a trustee Board are essential.
