Fundraising Officer (Trusts and Foundations)

We are looking for a talented and self-motivated individual to join our Fundraising Team as an Officer. This is a unique opportunity for an entry-level professional to join a charity working at the frontline to enable asylum seekers, refugees, and new migrants rebuild their lives. As the Fundraising Officer, you will support the Fundraising Manager to deliver our fundraising strategy and grow our charitable income. Reporting to the Fundraising Manager, your primary responsibility will be researching and writing compelling and accurate applications to Trusts and Foundations. You will also assist the Fundraising Manager with fundraising administration including donor stewardship and ensuring all donors are properly thanked. You will have excellent literacy skills and be a confident and succinct writer. You will have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. You will be highly organised, with the ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritise to meet deadlines.

We are looking for someone who is warm, positive, creative, and accountable with the ability to build positive relationships with funders, staff, clients, and partner agencies.
