Estate Caretaker (2 x Permanent / 1 x Temporary)

Grade 4, £12.87-£13.86 per hour (plus 5.75% increase from 1 April 2023)

35 hour per week, 4on/4off working pattern (day/back shift)

Job purpose:

To provide a customer focussed estate service, to keep our communities safe and maintain properties and environment.

Work with the local community, as the first point of contact for many customers, you will ensure our customers receive a consistent and high level of customer service and will keep an eye out for those who are vulnerable.

Essential criteria:

Relevant work experience in a customer focussed environment.

Understanding of practical / procedural health, safety and facilities compliance.

ICT Competent.

You will:

- be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and committed to excellent customer service.

- have excellent communication and organisational skills.

- be adaptable with the ability to manage competing deadlines.

- be calm under pressure and work to achieve a positive outcome for customers.
